OOO! Steam for OSX? |
|
It's an interesting prospect. Say if the Sims were to hit Steam and that on OSX would make a killing. |
|
As a future Mac I am really looking forward to this and hope it's not a fluke.
As for the SNES games I'd like to add some non nintendo games to the mix:
Secret Of Mana is maybe the best Action Adventure game till today.
Chrono Trigger is be the best JRPG of that time.
Killer Instinct was the last fighting game that I really enjoyed. |
|
I really don't think that the show is bad at all. Last week's show was hilarious, due to the lack of content.
To all those who do not like the show any more, up yours. They're not tying you down in a chair and forcing you to listen to whatever they record, be it garbage or not. If you do not like the show, either provide constructive criticism, or do not listen.
And that's all I have to say about that. |
|
Great show, it's true that last week was weak on content but you still pulled it off and this week is back in form. Cool
For the Snes, you should probably pick up Super Street fighter 2, it must be cheap, and come on, THIS game is the reason why SF4 was such a big deal.
The original fighting game god.
oh, and while I'm at it, Mortal Kombat 1 to 3 were on the Snes too... |

I never imagined there would come so many bad comments after I posted my comments for last's show. I watched them today and thought "c'mon people, don't be so retarded!". I know the whole team is making the effort to give us such a quality product as it has been before. The show needs some changes, so deal with it people.
Keep them coming brothers. I have been here for a looong time, and I will stay here. |
|
I like this show. I will continue to support it.
The last 3 episodes were good. |
|
Good show guys. I'll try and find some stories for next week. |

I hope it's not only Steam but the HL engine too. Valve posted some hints that their franchises could be comming to OSX in addition to steam.

Is Valve finally ready to make the switch and support Mac OS X? A recent update to Steam hinted at it, now it's time for the Half-Life, Left 4 Dead and Team Fortress developer to be more blunt about it.
The developer has released a series of images "in anticipation of an upcoming announcement from Valve," giving some of its most recognizable franchises the Apple treatment. That includes Gordon Freeman from Half-Life in an iMac colored HEV suit (complete with obscured Apple logo), Team Fortress 2's Heavy—and Sandvich—in iPod ad form, a pair of turrets from TF2 and Portal doing the "I'm a PC" thing, and Left 4 Dead's Francis expressing how much he hates "different."
Is this heralding the seemingly inevitable Steam for Mac announcement? Or will Valve go further, adding actual Mac OS X support for some of its Source engine games? As a Mac owner, I'll take just about anything.
Valve's also been teasing something Portal-related lately. With company founder Gabe Newell making an appearance at GDC next week, attending to accept the Game Developers Choice Awards "Pioneer Award," could that "upcoming announcement" be right around the corner?
Take a peek at four of the released teasers in the gallery below, some of which are in wallpaper ready size.
Update: Valve sent one more Steam for Mac image to Rock Paper Shotgun, an old school style "Steam for the rest of us" ad. MacWorld has another, featuring Half-Life 2 co-star Alyx Vance referencing Apple's famous "1984" commercial.
